El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express

I have been traveling on these buses throughout the years about 30 years or more, buses were horrible. broken seats smelly, very often the TVs didn’t work. and don’t get me wrong yes I did use them because of the price. if I had to compare it’s like the greyhounds They recently upgraded their buses very nice every seat has its own TV, Their price did go up to $150 round trip ticket, it’s a shame that I already some of the seats don’t work either you’re traveling laying down the whole way or sitting straight up they don’t maintenance the seats. At least it doesn’t look like they do. this last time I traveled was expecting to stop in Indio California for dinner at Burger King so if you do travel don’t forget to pack dinner the stop in Indio has changed to Tacos Jalisco a horrible place, expensive dark and musty smell. I gave it a 1 star Very NOT organized. I had a hamburger meal it was disgusting other than that the busses are ok/good.

Disgusting place. This place has employees with no moral or ethical values. The place is so run down. The price of the ticket isn't worth it. The bus are old and run down too. The restrooms are disgusting and the bus has a bad odor to it. I personally did ride it but a family member did and never again. The bus driver rudely and carelessly threw my family members luggage! Wow.

I did enjoy ridding this line of buses at one time, but as it turns out;:; they haven't kept up with the times and seasons. Providing better service is always a PLUS to any business, and that you know from experience, because that's how your Limo-Express started. No movies on my trip to Vegas, seats are still cramped, bathroom is not acceptable, and no WiFi?? You must give better service, even if it cost a few dollars more.
